Chinese sauce in lettuce :  Code : C1

Our relatives inform me to make a very simple Chinese recipes,
so everybody can do it . Fast, easy, good taste, and the key is your fire ( mean stove ).

The main of Ingredients:
1. Iceberg lettuce = take an half.
2. Sesame oil = 1 1/2 tbsp.
3. Vegetable oil = 1 tbsp.
4. Garlic ( already crushed) = 1 glove.

Used this direction as follow:

* Break each leaf off the lettuce and wash thoroughly. Blanch together in a pan of boiling water for about 1 minute.

*  Drain the lettuce thoroughly and place on a serving plate.

* Make up the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil and garlic together. Heat until boiling then keep hot over a low heat.

* Pour over the hot sauce and serve immediately.

Preparation time: 4 minutes
Cooking time: 4 minutes
Servings: 3 as a main course
Cook’s Tip:
find this recipes as your alternative where you could replace the lettuce with others call pak choi.
